Write to support@yummify.it. We answer within 48 hours, usually sooner. Tell us your phone model, and if it’s about a meal, add a screenshot.

Free and Pro

Free: your first 3 photo scans (no card needed), barcode scanning, quick add with your own numbers, your personal plan, Today, progress and weight trend.

Pro: photo, voice and typed logging, meal ideas that fit what’s left in your day, cooking with what you have (snap your fridge or list what’s at home), a weekly menu with one shopping list, and weekly check-ins that update your targets.

Pro has fair daily limits so it stays fast for everyone: 20 photo scans and 30 typed or spoken meals a day (10 and 15 during the trial). They refill at midnight.

Free trial

The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You pay nothing today, and the yearly price shows in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm. We remind you the day before the trial ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end and you won’t be charged.

Cancel or change your subscription

Apple and Google manage subscriptions:

iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Yummify
Android: Google Play › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Yummify

Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Apple and Google take the payment, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com on iPhone, or the order in Google Play on Android. We can’t issue refunds ourselves.

Pro on a new phone

How accurate are the numbers?

Yummify works out each food and its grams from your photo. Oil, butter and sauces cooked into a dish are hard to see in any photo, so check them. Tap any food to change its grams, and your totals update right away. For packaged food, the barcode gives the label’s numbers.

Invite codes

Share your code from Profile › Invite. Your friend gets 7 days of Pro, and you get 7 more days for each friend who joins. If the code wasn’t applied, tap “Have an invite code?” when you start your trial.

Your data

Export it in Profile › Account › Export my data. Delete your account in Profile › Account › Delete account, or at yummify.it/delete. Your photos are used only to analyze your meal.

Apple Health and Health Connect

Yummify can read your steps and weight and write your meals, but only if you allow it. Change this any time in the Health app or in Health Connect.
