The rules, kept short.
Agreement
These terms apply to the Yummify app and to yummify.it. By using Yummify you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Yummify.
Who can use Yummify
Yummify is for people aged 16 and over. At 16 and 17 the plan follows rules made for a growing body. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in safe.
Estimates, not medical advice
Yummify estimates foods, grams, calories and macros from photos, descriptions and barcodes. Estimates can be wrong, so check them and fix what you need. Yummify is not a medical device and doesn’t give medical advice. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or an eating disorder, talk to a doctor before changing what you eat.
Free and Pro
You can use Yummify for free with daily limits. Yummify Pro is a subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. The price, the billing period and any free trial show in the store before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s rules; we can’t issue them ourselves. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription.
Invite codes
An invite code gives the person you invite, and you, extra days of Pro as described in the app. Codes have no cash value and we may stop codes that are misused.
Your content
Your meals, photos and notes stay yours. You let us process them only to run Yummify for you, as the privacy policy describes.
Fair use
Don’t misuse Yummify: no breaking the law, no trying to get around limits or payments, no copying or reverse-engineering the app, and no automated scraping.
Recipes and food data
Recipes, ingredient lists and nutrition data are provided as is. Check labels and ingredients yourself if you have allergies.
Ending
You can stop using Yummify and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Yummify is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app or by email before they apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
